血常规检测中红细胞参数及白细胞计数对早期鉴别诊断贫血的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血常规检测中红细胞参数及白细胞计数对早期鉴别诊断贫血的应用价值。方法选取100例贫血患者作为观察组,另选取同时间100例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均行血常规检查,比较两组红细胞参数以及白细胞计数。结果观察组平均红细胞体积、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞体积分布宽度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量分别为(70.3±8.2)fl、(2.7±0.3)×10^(12)/L、(103.5±9.5)g/L、(9.2±1.2)%、(22.4±1.3)pg低于对照组的(89.7±9.0)fl、(4.1±0.6)×10^(12)/L、(120.3±10.5)g/L、(12.8±1.6)%、(25.0±1.5)pg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的白细胞计数(2.3±0.3)×10^(9)/L低于对照组的(3.1±0.8)×10^(9)/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贫血患者与健康人群相比,红细胞参数以及白细胞计数要明显更低,因此通过血常规检测能够有效鉴别诊断贫血患者,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application value of red blood cell parameters and white blood cell count in blood routine examination in the early differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 100 cases of anemia patients were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group at the same time.Blood routine examination were performed in both groups,and the red blood cell parameters and white blood cell count were compared between the two groups.Results The mean erythrocyte volume,red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,erythrocyte volume distribution width,and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content in the observation group were(70.3±8.2)fl,(2.7±0.3)×10^(12)/L,(103.5±9.5)g/L,(9.2±1.2)%,and(22.4±1.3)pg,which were lower than(89.7±9.0)fl,(4.1±0.6)×10^(12)/L,(120.3±10.5)g/L,(12.8±1.6)%,(25.0±1.5)pg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count(2.3±0.3)×10^(9)/L in the observation group was lower than(3.1±0.8)×10^(9)/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,the red blood cell parameters and white blood cell count of anemia patients are significantly lower,so the blood routine examination can effectively identify and diagnose anemia patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
