摘 要:【目的】探明不同玉簪属植物的光合特性,为其在贵州及西南地区园林绿化建设中引种栽培及良种培育提供参考。【方法】以贵州省园艺研究所引进的胜利、要点、钻石皇冠及YZ-08等11个玉簪品种作为研究对象,测定其生长指标、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)及最大光合速率(A_(max))、暗呼吸速率(R_(day))、光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQE)等参数,研究不同品种玉簪的光合特性。【结果】11个玉簪品种均具有极强的耐阴性,叶片SPAD值的高低与玉簪的光饱和点(LSP)呈极显著相关,相关系数为0.756;不同品种的光合特征参数存在显著差异;胜利对光强的利用幅度最广,对弱光的利用效率较高,LCP与LSP分别为2.85μmol/(m^(2)·s)和183.07μmol/(m^(2)·s),AQE为0.072 3;要点对弱光的利用效率最高,AQE为0.073 3,R;为0.088μmol/(m^(2)·s),LCP为1.20μmol/(m^(2)·s);YZ-08对光强的利用幅度最低,LCP与LSP分别为3.09μmol/(m^(2)·s)和99.17μmol/(m^(2)·s)。【结论】11个玉簪品种均属于极喜阴的植物,钻石皇冠、YZ-08、YZ-11、胜利、太阳和要点的叶片不具有蜡质粉状附着物的品种,在栽培时光照强度不宜高于其饱和光强,注意遮阴;小鼠标、蓝耳、安妮、大父和糖宝具有蜡质粉状附着物的品种在栽培时,可承受较高于饱和光强的光照。【Objective】 To explore the photosynthetic characteristics of different Hosta plants, so as to provide scientific reference for their introduction and cultivation and improved variety cultivation in the landscaping construction in Guizhou and southwest China. 【Method】11 Hosta cultivars, including Hosta ‘Victory’, ‘Sum and Substance’, ‘Diamond Tiara’, YZ-08 and so on, which were introduced by the Guizhou Institute of Horticulture, were studied by measuring their growth index, chlorophyll relative content(SPAD value),maximum photosynthesis rate(A_(max)),dark respiration rate(R_(day)),light compensation point(LCP),light saturation point(LSP),apparent quantum efficiency(AQE) and other parameters, so as to study the photosynthetic characteristics of different Hosta varieties. 【Result】11 Hosta varieties all have strong shade tolerance. The SPAD value of leaves is significantly correlated with the light saturation point(LSP) of Hosta,and the correlation coefficient is 0.756. The photosynthetic characteristic parameters of different varieties are significantly different. Hosta ‘Victory’ has the widest utilization range of light intensity and high utilization efficiency of weak light, with LCP and LSP are 2.85 μmol/(m^(2)·s) and 183.07 μmol/(m^(2)·s) respectively, and AQE is 0.072 3. Hosta ‘Sum and Substance’ has the highest utilization efficiency of weak light, with AQE of 0.073 3,R;of 0.088 μmol/(m^(2)·s) and LCP of 1.2 μmol/(m^(2)·s). YZ-08 has the lowest utilization range of light intensity, with LCP and LSP of 3.09 μmol/(m^(2)·s) and 99.17 μmol/(m^(2)·s) respectively. 【Conclusion】The 11 Hosta species are all shade-loving plants.The leaves of Hosta ‘Diamond Tiara’,YZ-08,YZ-11, ‘Victory’, ‘Sun Power’, ‘Sum and Substance’ do not have waxy powdery attachments, and the light intensity should not be higher than their saturation light intensity during cultivation, and shade should be emphasized.
