摘 要:为探究基于浅色石油产品和弹性高聚物为主要成分制备彩色沥青用浅色胶结料的调配规律和优选比例,采用正交试验分析了油脂比、EVA掺量、SBR掺量对浅色沥青针入度、软化点、延度的影响规律,并对优选比例下的浅色胶结料进行了沥青流变学性能评价和分析。试验结果表明:油脂比对浅色沥青黏度或软硬程度的影响最为显著,是决定浅色沥青性能的基础因素,微调SBR掺量和EVA掺量改善其低温性能(以延度表征)。在60℃~135℃的大温度范围内,优选比例下调配的浅色沥青的黏温关系与90号基质沥青接近。DSR和BBR试验表明:浅色沥青的高温抗变形能力低于90号基质沥青,耐疲劳性和低温抗开裂能力高于90号基质沥青,PG分级为PG58-22。In order to explore the blending rules and optimal ratio of light-colored binders for the preparation of colored asphalt based on light-colored petroleum products and elastic polymers, orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the effect of oil ratio, EVA content, and SBR content on light-colored asphalt. The influence law of penetration, softening point, and ductility, and the rheological performance evaluation and analysis of the asphalt rheological performance of the light-colored cement in the optimal ratio. The test results show that the oil ratio has the most significant effect on the viscosity or hardness of the light-colored asphalt. It is the basic factor determining the performance of the light-colored asphalt. Fine-tune the SBR content and EVA content to improve its low-temperature performance(characterized by ductility). In the wide temperature range of 60 ℃~135 ℃, the viscosity-temperature relationship of light-colored asphalt blended in the preferred ratio is close to that of 90# matrix asphalt. The DSR and BBR tests show that the high-temperature deformation resistance of light-colored asphalt is lower than that of 90# matrix asphalt, and the fatigue resistance and low-temperature anti-cracking ability are higher than 90# matrix asphalt. The PG classification is PG58-22.
