煤运火车车厢防冻液自动喷洒系统研究与应用

摘　　要：为了解决选煤厂冬季火车外运冻车以及当前选煤厂火车装车站人工喷洒防冻液不均匀问题,就煤运火车车厢防冻液自动喷洒技术进行了研究。通过设计改进防冻液喷洒系统的基础建设、机械机构、电气控制、软件算法,利用国内外先进传感器搭建了煤运火车车厢防冻液自动喷洒系统。该系统可自动运行,为煤炭企业节省人力成本;具备智能运行能力,可大幅节约防冻液消耗量。此外,该系统还可避免防冻液外撒、降低环境污染,为选煤厂精细管理提供了技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of coal cinder frozen-in and uneven manual spraying of antifreeze on the train outside in the coal preparation plant in wintertime,the automatic spraying technology of antifreeze on the carriage of coal transportation train is studied.By designing and improving the infrastructure,mechanical mechanism,electrical control and software algorithm of antifreeze spraying system,the automatic spraying system of autifrecze for coal transportation train carriage is built up using advanced sensors developed at home and abroad.The system is automatically run for saving labor cost for coal enterprises and antifreeze consumption with intelligent operation ability.In addition,the system can also avoid the scattering of antifreeze,reduce environmental pollution and provide technical support for the fine management of coal preparation plant.
