摘 要:水库中沉积大量底泥,对水库环境造成极大危害,采用水库底泥、石灰、粉煤灰、河砂及水玻璃按一定比例混合制备免烧砖,通过试验研究免烧砖的抗压强度、吸水率、抗石灰爆裂、抗冻融循环,确定材料的最佳掺量。结果表明:在外掺3%水玻璃的情况下,m(水库底泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(粉煤灰)=40∶36∶24时,所制备的免烧砖抗压强度可达19.04 MPa,吸水率、15次冻融循环后的质量损失率和强度损失率最小,分别为11.50%、0.73%和3.41%。With the passage of time,a large amount of sediment was deposited in the reservoir,which caused great harm to the reservoir environment.The reservoir sediment,lime,fly ash,river sand and sodium silicate were mixed in a certain proportion to prepare the non-fired brick.The compressive strength,water absorption,anti-lime burst and anti-freeze-thaw cycle of the non-fired brick were systematically studied to determine the optimal content of the material.The results showed that when 3%sodium silicate was added,the compressive strength of the non-fired brick prepared with the ratio of reservoir sediment∶lime∶fly ash=40∶36∶24 can reach 19.04 MPa.The water absorption rate and the mass loss rate and strength loss rate after 15 freeze-thaw cycles are the smallest,which are 11.50%,0.73%and 3.41%,respectively.
