摘  要:采用二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、增塑剂、填料、复合催化剂及其他助剂制备了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,研究不同的流变助剂对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料黏度、储存稳定性及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,气相二氧化硅、活性纳米轻质碳酸钙、有机膨润土、聚酰胺蜡对防水涂料的防沉性能均有较好的效果;气相二氧化硅、有机膨润土、聚酰胺蜡对涂膜物理力学性能的影响较小;添加聚酰胺蜡的涂膜光泽较好;添加过量的活性纳米轻质碳酸钙对防水涂料储存稳定性及物理力学性能有较大的影响。The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating was prepared by using diisocyanate,polyether polyol,plasticizer,packing,composite catalyst and other additives.The effects of different rheological additives on the viscosity,storage stability and physical and mechanical properties of single-component polyurethane waterproof coating were studied.The results show that gaseous silica,active nano light calcium carbonate,organic bentonite and polyamide wax all have better anti-settling properties.The effect of gaseous silica,organic bentonite and polyamide wax on the physical and mechanical properties of the film is small.Polyamide wax coating has high brightness,and excessive addition of active nano light calcium carbonate has great influence on the storage stability and physical and mechanical properties of the system.
