金银花水煎液联合50%葡萄糖注射液治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期褥疮35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金银花水煎液(浓度250 mg/mL)联合50%葡萄糖注射液对褥疮的临床疗效。方法:将70例Ⅰ~Ⅱ期褥疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。两组采用常规处理后,对照组于创面予以呋喃西林湿敷;观察组于创面上湿敷金银花水煎液联合50%葡萄糖注射液,治疗后评定疗效与不良反应,并比较治疗前后两组肢体肿胀程度、疮周麻木程度、疼痛程度、红斑面积及皮温差值等情况。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛、肿胀、麻木程度评分、红斑面积及皮温差值均显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组上述指标降低幅度更大;对照组临床总有效率为65.71%,观察组临床总有效率为91.43%,两组间临床疗效差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:金银花水煎液(浓度250 mg/mL)联合50%葡萄糖注射液治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期褥疮的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of decoction of honeysuckle(C250mg/mL)combined with 50%glucose injection on bedsore.Methods 70 patients with bedsore inⅠ~Ⅱwere randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group 35 cases.After treating with routine treatment,the control group was wet applied with furacilin on the wound,the observation group wet applied the decoction of honeysuckle and 50%glucose injection on the wound.The curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated after treatment,and the swelling degree of limbs,numbness around the sore,pain degree,erythema area and skin temperature difference were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,pain,swelling,numbness degree score,erythema area and skin temperature difference were significantly decreased(P<0.05);The above indexes of the observation group decreased more;The total effective rate of the control group was 65.71%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,the difference between the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of the decoction of honeysuckle(C250mg/mL)combined with 50%glucose injection is significant,which is worth recommending.
