三焦针法治疗围绝经期综合征60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三焦针法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组(激素替代疗法)和观察组(三焦针法),评价治疗前及治疗后12周的症状评分变化、比较两组间的疗效,24周后随访比较组间复发率。结果:治疗前后两组症状总积分均有显著改善,治疗组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组、观察组的总有效率分别为83.3%、90.0%,随访情况治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:三焦针法能明显改善围绝经期综合征临床症状,且疗效持久,不易复发。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of San-jiao acupuncture therapy for perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(San-jiao acupuncture)and control group(hormone replacement therapy).The scores of Kupperman index and its reductive value were observed and compared between two groups.To compare the recurrence rate between the groups by 24 weeks following-up.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 90.0%and 83.3%,respectively,and the total points of symptoms in both groups before and after treatment improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The San-jiao acupuncture therapy has a curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome,and the effect is long-lasting and not easy to relapse.
