认知行为干预在老年前列腺增生患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析认知行为干预对老年前列腺增生患者缓解期心理及用药依从性的影响。方法选取2021年1-12月绵竹市人民医院泌尿外科门诊收治的92例老年前列腺增生患者为研究对象,根据组间基本资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组及观察组,每组46例。对照组接受常规的护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加入认知行为干预。对比两组患者干预前后自我效应感、焦虑情况以及用药依从情况。结果经过认知行为干预后,观察组的自我效应感评分高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,用药依从率高于对照组,以上指标两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年前列腺增生患者认知行为干预可明显缓解患者心理压力,提高患者治疗的依从性。Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on psychological stress in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods From January to December 2021,92 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to the Outpatient Department of Urology Department of Mianzhu People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of balance and comparability of basic data between groups,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,anxiety and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After cognitive behavioral intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group,and the medication compliance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral intervention for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly relieve their psychological pressure,and improve their compliance with treatment.
