摘  要:针对校内技术岗勤工俭学育人功能没有充分发挥的现状,基于ISM方法建立此类勤工俭学影响学生就业能力因素的结构模型,明确岗位提升就业能力的培养逻辑。首先,分析ISM方法的基本原理和应用过程;其次,通过对调研数据和文献分析,定义因素集和因素间的二元关系;再次,利用Python语言编写计算模块程序,进行因素可达矩阵及因素层次计算,得到因素层次模型;最后,根据岗位场景,对因素层次进行优化得到解释结构模型,并对模型内涵和应用意义进行分析和解读。用ISM方法对调研数据计算得出模型,为岗位工作从经验驱动向数据驱动的转变和岗位育人功能的充分发挥提供策略支持。Aiming at the current situation that the educating function of the work-study program for technical posts in the school has not been fully exerted,this paper establishes a structural model of the factors affecting students'employability based on ISM method,and defines the training logic for improving the employability.Firstly,the basic principle and application process of ISM method are analyzed;secondly,through the analysis of survey data and literature,the binary relationship between factor set and factors is defined;thirdly,the calculation module program is written in Python language to calculate the factor reachability matrix and factor hierarchy,and the factor hierarchy model is obtained;and finally,according to the job scene,the factor level is optimized to get the interpretation structure model,and the connotation and application significance of the model are analyzed and interpreted.The ISM method is used to calculate the model of the survey data,which provides strategic support for the transformation of post work from experience-driven to data-driven and the full play of the function of post education.
