摘  要:为提高光缆PVC阻燃护套力学特性,采用一种全新的减少无机阻燃剂掺入量方法,对氢氧化镁/氢氧化铝/硼酸锌三元复合阻燃剂协效阻燃光缆PVC材料的力学特性影响进行研究。采用熔融共混法制备五组不同复配比MH/ATH/ZB/PVC光缆护套料。利用活化指数、沉降体积、红外光谱分析,对MH、ATH、ZB表面改性效果进行讨论。利用万能实验机,对MH/ATH/ZB/PVC光缆护套料力学特性进行讨论。对添加一元阻燃剂、二元阻燃剂和三元阻燃剂的PVC光缆护套料力学特性进行研究。结果表明添加三种阻燃剂的PVC光缆护套料力学特性最佳,当MH∶ATH∶ZB复配比例为1∶1∶1时,极限断裂应力最大,达7.13 MPa,断裂延伸率最大,达73.79%。In order to improve the mechanical properties of the PVC flame-retardant sheath of the optical cable,a new method of reducing the amount of inorganic flame retardant is adopted.The impact of the mechanical properties is studied.Five groups of MH/ATH/ZB/PVC optical cable sheathing materials with different compound ratios were prepared by the melt blending method.Using activation index,sedimentation volume,and infrared spectroscopy analysis,the surface modification effects of MH,ATH,and ZB are discussed.Use the universal testing machine to discuss the mechanical properties of the MH/ATH/ZB/PVC optical cable sheath material.The mechanical properties of PVC optical cable sheathing materials added with one-component,two-component and three-component flame retardants are studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of PVC optical cable sheathing materials with three flame retardants are the best.When the compound ratio of MH:ATH:ZB is 1∶1∶1,the ultimate breaking stress is the largest,reaching 7.13 MPa,and the breaking elongation is the largest,up to 73.79%.
