摘　　要：在各类设备的电路系统设计过程中,电子元器件属于其中非常关键的组成部分。为使电子元器件能更加适合于整体系统的电路结构与功能,因此电子元器件的工作可靠性相关指标需要满足一定的规定和要求。文章针对相关设备中所使用的电子元器件的工作可靠性实施比较详尽的研究。In the circuit system design process of all kinds of equipment,electronic components are a very key part.In order to make the relevant electronic components more suitable for the circuit structure and function of the whole system,the relevant indexes of the working reliability of electronic components need to meet certain regulations and requirements.This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the working reliability of the electronic components used in the related equipment.
