PEEK材料气封圈在压缩机装配中的应用研究

摘  要:某型天然气管线压缩机气封圈采用聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为主要材料,机组总装时需依靠气封圈为转子提供支撑。文章通过数值与试验方法,研究该型气封圈的承载能力,结果表明其具备为转子提供支撑的能力,且该材料气封圈无法采用传统压铅法测量通流间隙,研究结果可对PEEK材料气封圈在压缩机中的应用提供一定参考。The gas seal ring of a certain type of natural gas pipeline compressor adopts polyether ether ketone(PEEK)as the main material,and the unit needs to rely on the gas seal ring to provide support for the rotor during assembly.In this paper,the bearing capacity of this type of gas seal ring is studied by numerical and experimental methods,and the results show that it has the ability to provide support for the rotor,and the traditional lead pressing method can not be used to measure the flow clearance of this material gas seal ring.The research results can provide some reference for the application of PEEK material gas seal ring in compressor.
