摘　　要：自然科学基金聚焦基础学科和前沿探索,是支持基础研究的主渠道。为使广大科技工作者获取第一手数据,探索湖北省基础研究现状,文章对“十三五”期间湖北省自然科学基金项目申报、立项与资助情况进行了详细的统计,对各类别项目的特点和差异进行了分析,并对基金项目存在的问题及对策进行了研究。笔者认为,湖北省自然科学基金需要在做大总盘子的同时,充分挖掘科研院所和地市州特色优势。The Natural Science Foundation focuses on basic disciplines and frontier exploration,and is the main channel to support basic research.In order to enable the majority of scientific and technological workers to obtain first-hand data and explore the present condition of basic research in Hubei Province,this article detailed statisticed on the application,approval and funding of Hubei Natural Science Foundation projects during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,studied the characteristics and differences of various types of projects,and analyzed the problems and countermeasures of fund projects.The author believes that the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province needs to fully tap the unique advantages of scientific research institutes and prefectures while expanding the overall plan.
