硅灰石尾矿在纤维水泥板中的应用研究

摘　　要：高品位硅灰石针状粉作为功能增强材料被广泛应用于纤维水泥板中,硅灰石精矿开采中的伴生尾矿一般采用堆存和填埋方式进行处理。将硅灰石伴生尾矿进行废弃物资源化利用能在保护环境的同时节约资源。本文通过试验研究,采用硅灰石尾矿替代硅灰石针状粉、硅灰石尾矿替代硅灰石针状粉+纸浆的方式,进行纤维水泥板的试制,研究硅灰石尾矿在纤维水泥板中利用的可行性。结果表明:硅灰石尾矿能够替代硅灰石针状粉和部分纸浆纤维作为纤维水泥板增强纤维使用,在提高板材抗折强度和耐久性的同时,大大降低纤维水泥板生产原料成本。High-quality wollastonite powder is widely used in fiber cement board as mineral function reinforcedmaterial.The associated tailings in wollastonite mining are generally treated by stacking and burying.The material resource utilization of wollastonite associated tailings can protect the environment and save resources.In this paper,we use wollastonite tailings to replace high-quality wollastonite powder and pulpin order to research the feasibility of using wollastonite tailings in fiber cement board.The results show that wollastonite tailings can be used as reinforcing fibers in fiber cement board,which not only improve the flexural strength and durability of the plate,but also reduces the cost of raw materials.
