摘 要:为提高钢厂全工序余热利用效率,实现节能减排,针对炼铁、炼钢、烧结等各个工序生产过程中产生的余热存在形式不同、分布分散、余热量小、参数差异大等特点,通过工艺重构、系统耦合、流程节能为突破口,进行了工艺优化和系统集成,解决多种类、多品质、非连续余热耦合利用技术及工程关键问题,实现了中小规模钢厂余热资源的高效综合利用。In order to improve the efficiency of waste heat utilization in the whole process of steel mills and realize energy saving and emission reduction,in view of the characteristics of different forms,scattered distribution,small waste heat and large differences in parameters in the production process of iron making,steel making and sintering,etc.,the process optimization and system integration through process reconstruction,system coupling and process energy saving as a breakthrough to solve the key problems of multi-category,multi-quality and discontinuous waste heat coupling utilization technology and engineering,so as to realize the efficient and comprehensive utilization of waste heat resources in small and medium-sized steel mills.
