摘　　要：介绍了宁波钢铁有限公司余能发电机组的负荷变化情况及燃气锅炉烟气污染物排放的特点,确定采用碳酸氢钠干法脱硫配套布袋除尘工艺。介绍了碳酸氢钠干法脱硫及布袋除尘工艺的原理、流程,分析了运行效果,指出实现超低排放的重要意义。This article introduces the load variation of the residual energy generating unit of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and the characteristics of flue gas pollutant emissions from gas boilers,and determines the use of sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization with bag dust removal process.The principle and flow of the process are introduced,the operation effect is analyzed,and the importance of achieving ultra-low emission is pointed out.
