持续质量改进在早产儿母乳喂养中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进方法在提高新生儿科无陪病房住院早产儿母乳喂养率中的应用效果。方法选取科室2018年2—7月756例早产儿为对照组,2019年1—6月934例早产儿为观察组,观察组开展以“提高早产儿母乳喂养率”为主题的持续质量改进,进行调查、分析影响及原因,制定并实施对策,对照组采用传统办法实施母乳喂养,对母乳喂养效果进行评价,并对比早产儿母乳喂养率、首次母乳喂养开始时间与吮吸持续时间。结果观察组经持续质量改进方法干预后,早产儿母乳喂养率(71.95%)、首次母乳喂养开始时间(53.64±12.83)min与吮吸持续时间(22.78±9.36)min均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院早产儿采用持续质量改进方法,能够对母乳喂养问题进行有效解决,临床应用价值高,应用后,早产儿的母乳喂养率提升,在护理过程中,护理人员积极主动为早产儿实施护理,工作效率较高,护理品质获得提升,持续质量改进方法在提高早产儿母乳喂养率中效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement methods in increasing the breastfeeding rate of premature infants hospitalized in unaccompanied wards of neonatology.Methods A total of 756 premature infants in our department from February to July 2018 were selected as the control group,and 934premature infants from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was carried out continuous quality improvement themed“improving the breastfeeding rate of premature infants”,investigated,analyzed the impact and causes,and formulated and implemented countermeasures.The control group was breast-fed by traditional methods,and the effect of breast-feeding was evaluated.The rate of breast-feeding,the start time of first breastfeeding and the duration of sucking were compared.Results After the intervention of continuous quality improvement method,the rate of breast-feeding(71.95%),the beginning time of first breast-feeding(53.64±12.83)min and the duration of sucking(22.78±9.36)min in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of continuous quality improvement method for hospitalized premature infants can effectively solve the problem of breastfeeding and has high clinical application value.After the application,the breastfeeding rate of premature infants is improved.In the nursing process,nursing staff actively implement nursing for premature infants,with high work efficiency and improved nursing quality.Continuous quality improvement has a significant effect on improving the rate of breast-feeding premature infants.
