纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的效果。方法将医院妇科于2020年1月—2021年2月收治的102例细菌性阴道病患者纳入本研究中,采用抛硬币方式进行分组,两组各51例。对照组患者使用甲硝唑栓治疗,试验组患者接受纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗。两组患者均治疗14 d,比较两组患者阴道瘙痒缓解时间、阴道分泌物减少时间、阴道灼痛感缓解时间以及治疗总有效率。结果试验组患者平均阴道瘙痒缓解时间、阴道分泌物减少时间、阴道灼痛感缓解时间分别为(3.20±0.51)d、(6.60±1.02)d、(3.90±0.47)d,比对照组症状缓解时间更短,与对照组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为96.08%,明显高于对照组的78.43%,上述结果与对照组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌性阴道病患者采用纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗疗效优于传统甲硝唑栓治疗的效果,可以更快缓解患者阴道瘙痒等症状,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of nanometer silver antibacterial hydrogel on bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted to our department of gynaecology from January 2020 to February 2021 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups by coin toss,with 51cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole suppository,and patients in the experimental group were treated with nanometer silver antibacterial hydrogel.Patients in both groups were treated for 14 days,and the relief time of vaginal pruritus,reduction time of vaginal secretions,relief time of vaginal burning sensation and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The mean relief time of vaginal pruritus,reduction time of vaginal secretions and relief time of vaginal burning in experimental group were(3.20±0.51)days,(6.60±1.02)days and(3.90±0.47)days,respectively,which were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.43%).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of nanometer silver antibacterial hydrogel for patients with bacterial vaginitis is better than that of traditional metronidazole suppository treatment,and it can relieve the symptoms of vaginal pruritus and other symptoms faster,and has a high application value.
