摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期聚焦解决模式护理对全髋关节置换(total hip replacement,THR)患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法选择158例人工髋关节置换患者,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,各79例。所有患者给予常规护理,观察组增加聚焦解决模式进行干预。采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)调查所有患者的焦虑和抑郁情况,评估干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者焦虑和抑郁的患病率以及SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的患病率以及SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式能够明显减轻全髋置换患者不良情绪,缓解焦虑和抑郁状况,促进患者积极配合治疗,利于康复。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative solution focused approach on anxiety and depression in patients with total hip arthroplasty(THR).Methods A total of 158 patients with artificial hip replacement were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 79 cases in each.All patients were given routine care,and the observation group was intervened with a solution-focused mode.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to investigate the anxiety and depression of all patients and evaluate the intervention effect.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression and the score of SAS and SDS were no significant difference between the observation groups and control group before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the prevalence rate and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The solution focused approach can significantly reduce the negative emotions of total hip replacement patients,relieve anxiety and depression,and encourage patients to actively cooperate with treatment,which is conducive to recovery.
