摘 要:目的研究视频健康宣教滚动播放在电子喉镜检查过程中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月某三甲医院住院治疗行电子喉镜检查的患者220例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组110例,对照组采用常规护理且全程贯穿人文护理,观察组在对照组的常规护理上加视频健康宣教滚动播放,对比两组的依从性、满意度及全程用时。结果对照组患者在电子喉镜检查过程中的依从性以及对护理操作、检查环境、健康宣教及服务态度等护理工作的满意度低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者在电子喉镜检查过程中的全程用时高于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在电子喉镜检查过程中,在贯穿全程人文关怀的常规护理的基础上加视频健康宣教滚动播放,可有效稳定患者情绪,提高患者的护理配合度;有效缩短患者在电子喉镜检查过程中的全程用时,提高医护人员在电子喉镜检查中的效率与成功率;有效提升患者的依从性与满意度,促进良好护患关系的形成,具有极高的护理应用价值。Objective To study the application value of rolling video health education in the process of electronic laryngoscopy.Methods From January to December 2020,a total of 220 cases of hospitalized patients undergoing electronic laryngoscopy in a third grade a hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,110 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing and humanistic nursing throughout the whole process.The observation group was added with video health education rolling on the routine nursing of the control group.The compliance,satisfaction and total time of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of patients in the process of electronic laryngoscopy and the satisfaction of nursing work such as nursing operation,examination environment,health education and service attitude in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The duration of the whole process of electronic laryngoscopy in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of electronic laryngoscopy,on the basis of the routine nursing of humanistic care throughout the whole process and video health education rolling play,can effectively stabilize the patients’emotions,improve the patient’s nursing cooperation,effectively shorten the patients in the process of electronic laryngoscopy,improve the efficiency and success rate of medical staff in electronic laryngoscopy,effectively improve patient compliance and satisfaction,promote the formation of a good nurse-patient relationship,with high nursing application value.
