摘　　要：目的分析含有开窍药的中成药临床应用情况,为开窍药临床应用及研发提供一定的参考。方法从中国期刊全文数据库中检索1979年1月—2021年1月含有开窍药的中成药的临床研究型文献,共得211篇。对此类中成药及其含有的开窍药进行分析。结果该类中成药的剂型包括丸剂、胶囊、片剂、丹剂、注射剂、散剂、栓剂、膏剂、油剂、吸入剂、气雾剂等,其中以丸剂、胶囊剂和片剂居多;研究频次较高的开窍药为冰片(67次)、麝香(49次)、牛黄(49次);按功效进行分类统计,临床主要用于冠心病心绞痛、中风;采用随机对照试验(RCT)临床研究的文献有163篇,但仅有34篇文献描述了所采用的随机分配方法。结论含有开窍药的中成药中提取物制剂或成分比较明确的制剂相对较少;冰片、麝香、牛黄研究报道较多,蟾酥、石菖蒲、苏合香、安息香等的研究较少;缺乏规范的RCT临床研究。Objective To analyze the clinical application of Chinese patent medicines containing resuscitation drugs,and provide certain reference for the clinical application and research and development of resuscitation drugs.Methods The clinical research literature of Chinese patent medicines containing resuscitation drugs from January 1979 to January 2021was retrieved from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and a total of 211 articles were obtained.These kinds of Chinese patent medicines and the resuscitation drugs contained in them were analyzed.Results Medicinal preparations of these Chinese patent medicines include pills,capsules,tablets,pills,injections,powders,suppositories,ointments,oils,inhalants,aerosols,etc.,among which pills,capsules and tablets are the majority.The frequency of borneol(67 times),musk(49 times),and bezoar(49 times)are much higher than others.Classified statistics according to efficacy,clinical use is mainly used for coronary heart disease angina pectoris and stroke.There are 163 documents of clinical research with randomized controlled trials(RCT),but only 34 documents describe the random allocation method used.Conclusion There are relatively few extract preparations or preparations with clear ingredients in Chinese patent medicines containing resuscitation drugs.More reports on borneol,musk,and bezoar,and fewer studies on toad venom,calamus,suhexiang,benzoin,etc.It is lack of clinical research with standardized RCT.
