益肾健脾汤对晚期乳腺癌化疗患者不良反应及肿瘤标志物水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究益肾健脾汤对晚期乳腺癌化疗患者不良反应及肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年9月铁岭市中心医院晚期乳腺癌患者112例,随机分为2组,各56例。对照组给予常规化疗,试验组联合益肾健脾汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.64%(53/56)高于对照组71.43%(40/56),试验组患者恶心、腹泻、肝肾功能异常、皮疹、脱发等不良反应发生情况较低,试验组血清CEA、CA125、CA153水平较低(P<0.05)。结论益肾健脾汤对乳腺癌晚期化疗患者不良反应有较好的控制作用、可降低血清肿瘤标记物含量,提高癌症晚期患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Jianpi decoction on the adverse reactions and tumor markers in patients with advanced breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods 112 patients with advanced breast in Tieling Central Hospital were selected from May 2018 to September 2020 and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each.The control group received chemotherapy,and the study group received more with Yishen Jianpi decoction.The clinical effect,adverse reactions,serum tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.64%(53/56)which was higher than 71.43%(40/56)of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,diarrhea,abnormal liver and kidney function,rash and alopecia in the experimental group was low,and the levels of serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 in the experimental group were low(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jianpi decoction has good control effect on adverse reactions of patients with advanced breast cancer chemotherapy,can reduce the content of tumor markers in serum,and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
