摘　　要：方贤编著《太医院经验奇效良方大全》一书,在针灸学发展史不可忽视。方贤在针灸学术上重视针灸的基本原则,体现出针灸临床“标准化”的思想,强调针灸临床安全性,注重临床实效,形成了对后世影响深远的综合针刺手法体系,并创造性地专列“奇穴”一节,极大地丰富了腧穴学的理论和临床。这些理论与思想一直沿用至今,而且在临床上得到了广泛应用和发展。传承和发掘古代医家的针灸学术思想和经验,是中医针灸守正创新的必经之途。Fang Xian’s book the Wonderful Well-Tried Recipes of Imperial Hospital cannot be ignored in the history of acupuncture and moxibustion.Fang Xian attached great importance to the basic principles of acupuncture and moxibustion,embodied the idea of clinical standardization of acupuncture and moxibustion,emphasized the clinical safety of acupuncture,and paid attention to clinical effect,formed a comprehensive acupuncture manipulation system with far-reaching influence on later generations,and created a special section of“extra points”,which greatly enriched the theory and clinical practice of acupoints.These theories and ideas have been used up to now,and have been widely used and developed in clinic.Inheriting and exploring the academic thoughts and experiences of ancient doctors is the only way to keep the right and innovate acupuncture and moxibustion.
