基于痰瘀虚理论探讨戴丽冰教授辨治不孕症思路

摘　　要：作者通过跟师学习和研究戴丽冰教授不孕症患者的临床病例资料,基于“痰、瘀、虚”理论,从主要病因病机特点、遣方用药等方面总结戴教授临证治疗不孕症的学术思想、诊疗特色、遣方用药等方面的学术经验。戴丽冰教授治疗不孕症具有丰富的临床经验,特色鲜明,体现了中医“辨证论治”“同病异治”的思维,戴教授学术经验值得借鉴和学习。Based on the theory of“phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency”,the author summarized Professor Dai Libing’s academic thoughts,diagnosis and treatment characteristics,prescription and medication in the treatment of infertility.Professor Dai Libing has rich clinical experience and distinctive characteristics in treating Infertility,which reflects the thinking of“syndrome differentiation treatment”and“treating same disease with different methods”in traditional Chinese medicine.The academic experience of Professor Dai Libing is worth learning.
