《妇科采珍》凉血四物汤治疗血虚型月经过多的探析

摘　　要：《妇科采珍》是冯[黄阝]于清朝年间所撰写的一本妇科临床著作,是山西清代中医妇科学著作的代表之一,极大地丰富了山西本地的医学文化,为中医学注入了新的活力。冯氏在前人经验基础上,对妇科疾病提出自己独到见解,并将其临床经验总结并著于书中,以供后世借鉴。月经病的治疗一直是中医的一大优势和特色,亦是《妇科采珍》的一大特色,现基于凉血四物汤对血虚型月经过多进行讨论,以期对临床选方用药有所助益。Fuke Caizhen is a gynecological clinical work written by Feng Huang in Qing Dynasty.This book has greatly enriched the local medical culture of Shanxi and injected new vitality into traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of previous experience,Feng gave out his own unique views on gynecological diseases,and summarized his clinical experience in the book for future generations.The treatment of menstrual disease has always been a major advantage and feature of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also a major feature of Fuke Caizhen.Now based on Liangxue Siwu decoction,the treatment of menorrhagia of blood deficiency syndrome was discussed in order to be helpful for clinical prescription selection.
