多维立体思维诊疗模式(中医综合治疗方案)在恢复期中风病的应用

摘　　要：目的探索多维立体思维诊疗模式(中医综合治疗方案)治疗恢复期中风病的临床疗效。方法收集恢复期中风病的患者90例,采用随机对照的方法,其中治疗组60例用多维立体思维诊疗模式的中医综合治疗方案,30例对照组用综合西医治疗,4周为1个疗程,共6个疗程,观察神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)、平衡障碍严重程度分级、肌痉挛评定(改良Ashworth法)及日常生活能力(ADL)评价用Barthel指数(BI)。结果在意向治疗分析中,治疗组在NIHSS评分、BI评分、mRS评分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组内改良Ashworth及平衡严重程度评分治疗前后差异有统计学意义,但2组间治疗后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在恢复期中风病患者中,多维立体思维诊疗模式相比较西医综合治疗,在改善神经功能缺损、恢复日常生活能力方面更有优势,可以给患者提供更好的治疗方案,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the multidimensional thinking treatment model(comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan)in the treatment of recovering stroke disease.Methods Ninety patients with recovered stroke disease were collected.A randomized control method was used,in which 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with the comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan of the multidimensional thinking treatment model,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with the integrated western medicine treatment,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment,for a total of 6 courses of treatment.Barthel index(BI)for neurological impairment Score(NIHSS),balance disorder severity rating,muscle spasm rating(modified Ashworth method),and daily living ability(ADL)were observed.Results NIHSS score,BI score and mRS score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Improved Ashworth and balanced severity score showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In convalescent stroke patients,comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan of the multidimensional thinking treatment model has more advantages than the comprehensive treatment of western medicine in improving neurological function defects and restoring the ability of daily living,and can provide patients with a better treatment plan,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
