针刺治疗颈性眩晕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究在治疗颈性眩晕症中应用针刺治疗的效果。方法选取鞍山市第三医院在2019年1月—2020年6月收治的80例颈性眩晕症患者展开研究,基于患者治疗方法的不同分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(针刺治疗),各40例。比较2组治疗前后各项能力评分、症状评分及总有效率。结果组间疗效比较,观察组总有效率92.5%(37/40)显著高于对照组77.5%(31/40),2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,组间症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组症状评分(12.1±2.0)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组各项能力评分数据结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项能力评分为(13.1±1.8)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗颈性眩晕症中采用针刺治疗的效果确切,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods 80 patients with cervical vertigo in the Third Hospital of Anshan from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected to conduct the study.Based on the different treatment methods of the patients,they were divided into a control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and an observation group(acupuncture treatment),with 40 cases in each group.Ability score,symptom score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group(92.5%,37/40)was significantly higher than that of control group(77.5%,31/40),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,symptom scores of observation group(12.1±2.0)were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of each ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each ability in the observation group were(13.1±1.8)points higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
