浅谈中药胶剂在膏方中的应用

摘　　要：膏方又称煎膏、膏滋,用于慢性病的治疗、调护及养生保健。其组成多包括普通中药饮片、精细料、胶类糖类以及其他类药材。根据膏方中是否含有动物胶类药物,可将其为荤膏和素膏,素膏由中草药组成,不易变质,四季均可服用;荤膏中含有动物胶剂,偏温补,不易久存,一般冬季服用。动物胶类是制作膏方的重要基质和赋型剂,临床常用的有阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶、黄明胶等等,各类中药胶剂有不同的性味归经及功效,临床应辨证应用、灵活参变。Herbal paste is used for the treatment and health care of chronic diseases.The composition of herbal paste can be divided into three parts,ordinary Chinese medicine pieces,fine Chinese medicines,glue sugar and other medicinal materials.According to whether the herbal paste contains animal gelatin,it can be divided into Hun paste and Su paste.Su paste is composed of Chinese herbal medicine,is not easy to deteriorate and can be taken in four seasons.Hun paste contains animal gelatin,has tonic effect,generally taken in winter.Animal gelatin is an important matrix and excipient for making herbal paste.It is commonly used in clinic,such as ass-hide glue,deerhorn glue,tortoise-shell glue,ox hide gelatin and so on.All kinds of Chinese medicine gelatin adhesives have different characteristics of taste,meridian and effect,which should be applied in clinical differentiation and flexible reference.
