治未病理念在社区脑血管病防护中应用

摘　　要：中医“治未病”理念契合医学的初衷及要求,对疾病防护有着重要的指导作用,为养生保健、防治疾病的最高理念,指导着健康摄生、病隐未显、显而未发、已病未传、愈后未复的全过程。脑血管病患病率高,危害重,其防护已成为慢病管理的重要课题,藉“治未病”理念,探讨脑血管病社区防护思路及方法,通过平素养护、欲病救萌、已病早护、瘥后调护等方式,裨益于此病防护思路前移及健康管理水平提高,从而降低其患病率、伤残率及病死率。The concept of“preventive treatment of disease”accords with the original intention and requirement of medicine,and plays a significant guiding role in disease protection.It is the highest concept of health care and disease prevention and control.It instructs the entire process of health preservation,disease hidden but not evident,evident but not achieved,confirm but not spread,cure but not relapse.The prevention of cerebrovascular disease has become an important subject in the management of chronic diseases.Through the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”,this paper discussed the ideas and methods of community protection of cerebrovascular disease,and decreases the incidence,disability and mortality of cerebrovascular disease by means of plain maintenance,early care and post-treatment.
