开天门联合头部刮痧护理干预偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理技术开天门联合头部刮痧干预偏头痛患者的效果。方法选取80例偏头痛患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各40例。2组均给予常规综合治疗,对照组给予头痛常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予开天门联合李湘授特种头部刮痧护理进行干预,均干预2周,对比2组治疗前后头痛中医证候积分并进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗后观察组头痛中医证候积分得分较对照组更低,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开天门、头部刮痧作为常用中医护理技术,简单易学,操作方便,无不良作用,能明显缓解偏头痛患者头痛程度,改善头痛症状,提高患者生活及工作质量。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology massage on Tianmen acupoint combined with head scraping on migraine patients.Methods 80 cases of patients with migraine were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine comprehensive treatment,the control group was given routine headache nursing,and the observation group was given massage on Tianmen acupoint combined with Li Xiangshou special head scraping nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were intervened for 2 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of headache before and after treatment were compared and the curative effect was evaluated.Results after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of headache in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage on Tianmen acupoint combined with head scraping,as common nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,are easy to learn and operate,and has not side effects.It can obviously relieve the headache degree of migraine patients,improve the headache symptoms,improve the quality of life and work of patients.
