摘  要:为解决渠道长期运行过程中防渗膜破损难以及时修复的问题,文章提出了衬砌表面涂刷丙烯酸水泥防水涂料的新型修复技术。对该技术的施工工艺进行了现场修复实践,探索总结了适用于大型渠道新型涂料修复工艺和操作要点。监测结果表明,经防水涂料修复后渠道渗漏情况显著改善,防渗膜膜后水位最大降幅达2.81 m,位于坡-弧交界处,最小降幅1.13 m,位于加高处;渠基水位降幅达1.84 m,背水坡后渠基防渗后无渗水滞留。该材料的应用为渠道工程渗漏快速修复提供了新的解决思路。In order to solve the problem that the impermeable membrane is difficult to repair in time during the long-term operation of the channel,a new repair technology of LEAC on the surface of the lining is proposed.The construction process of this technology was carried out on-site repair practice,and the new paint repair technology and operation points suitable for large-scale channels were explored and summarized.The monitoring results show that the leakage of the canal has been significantly improved after the waterproof coating is repaired.The maximum drop of the water level after the anti-seepage membrane is 2.81m,which is located at the slope-arc junction,and the minimum drop is 1.13m at the heightened point;the water level of the canal base has dropped by up to 1.84m,there is no seepage retention after the canal foundation is anti-seepage behind the backwater slope.The application of this material provides a new solution for the rapid repair of leakage in channel engineering.
