摘　　要：针对存有重大安全隐患或受邻近施工影响无法判断其安全性的建筑,文章通过设立裂缝、整体倾斜、不均匀沉降等危房监控指标,优选智能化监控设备,建立了危房安全监测智慧云平台。利用云平台系统及智能APP,依据设定的预警值实现了声光、短信、客户终端等方式告警的实时预警系统,在具体工程中得到了良好的应用,有效地对危险性较大的房屋进行安全智能监控,保障居民生命及财产安全。For buildings with major potential safety hazards or whose safety cannot be judged due to adjacent construction.In this paper,by setting up crack,overall inclination,uneven settlement and other dangerous building monitoring indicators,optimizing intelligent monitoring equipment,a dangerous building safety monitoring intelligent cloud platform is established.The cloud platform system and intelligent app are used to realize the real-time early warning system of audible and visual alarm,SMS and customer terminal alarm according to the set early warning value,which has been well applied in specific projects,effectively and intelligently monitor the safety of houses with high risk,so as to ensure the safety of residents'lives and property.
