摘 要:为筛选优异小麦杂交F_(1)代组合,分析36个小麦杂交F_(1)代的株高、单株穗数、穗长和穗粒数等10个性状指标的变异情况及相关性,并对36个小麦杂交F_(1)代进行聚类和灰色关联度分析。结果表明:(1)变异系数依次为早熟性>单株穗数>穗粒数>单穗重>穗长>收获指数产量>千粒重>穗下节间长>株高;(2)产量与株高呈显著正相关;千粒重与穗长呈显著正相关,与穗粒数呈显著负相关;单穗重与穗长和穗粒数呈极显著正相关;穗粒数与穗长呈极显著正相关;(3)对F_(1)代农艺性状进行系统聚类,可分为产量在11900kg·hm^(-2)和产量低于11900kg·hm^(-2)两类,其中,18-21、18-26和18-32杂交F_(1)代产量最高;(4)采用灰色关联度进行综合评价,18-6的加权关联度最大,18-20加权关联度最小,说明18-6综合表现最好,18-20综合表现较差。In order to screen the excellent combinations of wheat F_(1) generation,the variation and correlation of 10 traits such as plant height,spike number per plant,spike length and grain number per spike of 36 wheat F_(1) generation were analyzed,and the clustering and grey correlation degree analysis of 36 wheat F_(1) generation were carried out.The results showed that:(1)the coefficient of variation was precocity>number of spike per plant>grain number per spike>weight per spike>spike length>yield of harvest index>1000-grain weight>internode length under spike>plant height;(2)yield was positively correlated with plant height,1000-grain weight was positively correlated with spike length and negatively correlated with grain number per spike,spike weight was positively correlated with spike length and grain number per spike,and grain number per spike was positively correlated with spike length(3)by systematical clustering,36 F_(1) generations of wheat could be divided into two groups,yield of 11900kg·hm^(-2) and the yield of less than 11900kg·hm^(-2).The F_(1) generation of 18-21,18-26 and 18-32 had the highest yield;(4)the comprehensive evaluation of 36 F_(1) generations of wheat hybrid was carried out by using the grey relational grade,the weighted relational grade of 18-6 was the highest,and the weighted relational grade of 18-20 was the lowest,which showed that F_(1) generations of 18-6 hybrid had the best comprehensive performance,while F_(1) generations of 18-20 hybrid had a poor comprehensive performance.
