摘 要:针对喷杆喷雾机在伸展折叠过程中两侧喷杆动作同步性差的问题,提出基于同步阀控制喷杆大臂、小臂速度同步的方法,阐述液压回路中同步阀工作原理,利用流体动力学理论和AMESim软件建立同步阀数学模型和仿真模型,并着重对折叠机构同步液压回路进行设计与仿真。仿真结果表明:在忽略液压系统中阻力及同步阀可变节流孔处液动力情况下,大小折叠液压缸流量同步误差均小于4%,位移同步误差均小于8%,满足设计要求。To study the problem of poor synchronism of the two sides of the spray rod sprayer in the extension and folding process,a method based on synchronization valve was proposed to control the speed synchronization of the spray rod arm and the forearm,the working principle of synchronous valve in hydraulic circuit was described,and the mathematical model and simulation model of synchronous valve were established by using fluid dynamics theory and AMESim software.The simulation results showed that in the case of neglecting the resistance in the hydraulic system and the hydraulic force at the variable throttle hole of the synchronous valve,the flow synchronization errors and displacement synchronization errors of the folding hydraulic cylinder were less than 4%and 8%respectively.
