摘 要:采用熔融共混方法改性长支链聚丙烯(LCB-PP),使其具有较高的熔体黏度和拉伸强度。利用超临界二氧化碳进行发泡,制备LCB-PP发泡材料,分析发泡材料的微观结构与力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着单体(TMPTA)含量增加,当TMPTA的加入量为1.0 mL,LCB-PP发泡材料的数均分子量(M_(n))增至55671 g/mol,分子量分布(M_(W)/M_(n))降至4.09,储能模量(G’)增加,复数黏度(η^(*))中牛顿平台向低频区迁移。LCB-PP发泡材料在熔体拉伸中表现“应变硬化”现象。TMPTA的加入能够抑制LCB-PP发泡材料的泡孔破裂和塌陷现象。当TMPTA的加入量为1.0 mL,LCB-PP发泡材料的发泡倍率提高至7.22倍,泡孔密度降至2.76×10^(6)孔/cm^(3)。改性后LCB-PP线性弹性区曲线斜率降低,平台区显著变宽。Long-branched polypropylene(LCB-PP)was modified by melt blending method to obtain high melt viscosity and tensile strength.The LCB-PP foam material was prepared by foaming with supercritical carbon dioxide,and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of foam material was analyzed.The results show that with increasing of monomer(TMPTA)content,when the addition amount of TMPTA is 1.0 mL,number-average molecular weight(M_(n))of LCB-PP foam material increases to 55671 g/mol,molecular weight distribution(M_(W)/M_(n))decreases to 4.09,storage modulus(G’)increases,and Newton platform in complex viscosity(η*)migrates to the low frequency region.The LCB-PP foam material show the’strain hardening’phenomenon in melt tensile.The addition of TMPTA can inhibit the cell rupture and collapse of LCB-PP foam material.When the addition amount of TMPTA is 1.0 mL,foaming ratio of LCB-PP foam material increases to 7.22 times,and cell density decreases to 2.76×10^(6)cell/cm^(3).After modification,the slope of LCB-PP linear elastic zone curve decreases,and the platform area becomes significantly wider.
