摘  要:以9,10-二氢-9-氧-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为反应型阻燃剂,同时引入三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)及三聚氰胺(MA),制备本质阻燃环氧树脂。研究阻燃体系对材料阻燃性能、热力学性能的影响。结果表明:当m(DOPO)∶m(MCA)∶m(MA)=1∶3∶0.5,EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA复合材料垂直燃烧可以达到V-0级,并具有较好的热稳定性能和成炭性能。DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA体系使环氧树脂(EP)的热释放量显著下降。DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA的引入使EP材料的固化过程放热量降低。EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))提升。DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA对EP材料的力学性能产生不利影响。EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA具有典型的气相稀释效应及凝聚相成炭阻燃机理。Using 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxo-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO) as reactive flame retardant, melamine cyanurate(MCA) and melamine(MA) were introduced to prepare intrinsic flame retardant epoxy resin. The effect of flame retardant system on the flame retardancy and thermodynamic properties of materials was studied. The results show that when m(DOPO)∶m(MCA)∶m(MA)=1∶3∶0.5, the vertical combustion of EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA composite can reach V-0 grade, and has good thermal stability and charring performance. DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA system significantly decreases the heat release of epoxy resin(EP). The introduction of DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA reduces the heat release during the curing process of EP materials. The glass transition temperature(T_(g)) of EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA increases. DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA has a negative impact on mechanical properties of EP materials. EP/DOPO/3MCA/0.5MA has typical gas phase dilution effect and condensed phase charring flame retardant mechanism.
