摘 要:选用甘油、尿素、山梨糖醇和三乙醇胺作为热塑性淀粉(TPS)的增塑剂,通过熔融共混制备聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/热塑性淀粉(PBAT/TPS)共混物。比较不同增塑剂对材料熔体流动性的影响,并探究材料在干燥、潮湿和浸水处理条件下的力学性能。结果表明:PBAT/TPS表现稳定的加工性能。增塑剂对PBAT/TPS的增塑效果为:甘油>山梨糖醇>尿素>三乙醇胺。增塑剂在共混物体系的耐迁出性为:甘油≈尿素>山梨糖醇≈三乙醇胺,其中PBAT/TPS-U吸水前后的力学性能变化较大,吸水后模量和屈服强度降低,但断裂伸长率从86%提高至783%。Glycerol, urea, sorbitol and triethanolamine were selected as plasticizers for thermoplastic starch(TPS) to prepare poly(butylenes adipate-co-terephthalate)/thermoplastic starch(PBAT/TPS) blends by melt blending. The effects of different plasticizers on the melt fluidity of materials were compared, and the mechanical properties of materials under dry,wet and soaking treatment conditions were explored. The results show that PBAT/TPS exhibit stable processing performance. The plasticizing effect of plasticizer on PBAT/TPS is glycerol>sorbitol>urea>triethanolamine. The migration resistance of plasticizer in the blend system is glycerol≈urea>sorbitol≈triethanolamine. The mechanical properties of PBAT/TPS-U is changed greatly before and after water absorption. After water absorption, the modulus and yield strength decreased, but the elongation at break is increased from 86% to 783%.
