摘 要:防爆电磁阀的性能决定了燃气喷射阀的响应速度及可靠性。为了研究不同衔铁结构、铁芯结构、通电电流、气隙距离等因素对电磁阀电磁特性的影响,设计多种结构特征进行三维电磁仿真分析。对比仿真结果得到该电磁阀最优方案为:衔铁上端设置3个螺钉孔并布置在距离中心轴线Ф10mm圆周上;衔铁厚度为7.2mm并在上端设置槽宽为2mm的斜面导流槽;主磁极直径为Ф25mm,副磁极内径为Ф40mm;气隙和电流应在不影响其他性能的前提下适当增加。The performance of the explosion-proof solenoid valve determines the response speed and reliability of the gas injection valve.In order to study the influence of different armature structure,iron core structure,energized current,air gap distance and other factors on the electromagnetic characteristics of the solenoid valve,a variety of structural features were designed for 3D electromagnetic simulation analysis.Comparing the simulation results,the optimal scheme of the solenoid valve is obtained as follows:the upper end of the armature is provided with 3 screw holes and arranged on a circumference ofФ10mm from the central axis;the thickness of the armature is 7.2mm,and the upper end is provided with a sloped guide slot with a slot width of 2mm;The diameter of the main magnetic pole isФ25mm,and the inner diameter of the secondary magnetic pole isФ40mm;the air gap and current should be appropriately increased without affecting other performances.
