摘 要:以某增压中冷电控高压共轨的六缸柴油机为例,搭建试验台架,控制试验边界,采集不同试验工况的数据,研究喷油提前角和柴油机进气压缩压力对燃烧性能的影响。试验研究结果表明:减小喷油提前角,缸内放热率降低,缸内燃烧压力降低,燃油消耗率增加,415烟度增大,废气能量增加,涡前排温和涡前压力增加,进气压缩压力增大,当进气压缩压力超过缸内燃烧压力时,再减小喷油提前角会使最大缸内压力不降反升,影响柴油机性能。在增压器匹配过程中需要注意进气压缩压力。A Supercharged and intercooled high pressure common rail six cylinder diesel engine is taken as an example,The test bench was set up,the test boundary was controlled,the data of different test conditions were collected,and the influence of injection advance Angle and intake compression pressure on combustion performance was studied.The experimental results show that when the fuel injection advance angle is reduced,the heat release rate in the cylinder decreases,the combustion pressure in the cylinder decreases,the fuel consumption rate increases,the smoke intensity increases,the exhaust gas energy increases,the turbine front exhaust temperature and turbine front exhaust pressure increase,and the intake compression pressure increases.When the intake compression pressure exceeds the combustion pressure in the cylinder,reducing the injection advance angle will make the maximum cylinder pressure increase instead of decrease,which will affect the performance of the diesel engine.Attention should be paid to the inlet compression pressure during the Turbocharger matching process.
