摘 要:发动机运转时,与高温燃气相接触的零件受热严重,如不加以适当冷却,会使发动机整体过热,充气系数下降,燃烧异常,摩擦和擦损加剧,造成发动机动力性、经济性、可靠性和耐久性的全面恶化。针对某型号车辆在云贵川地区行驶过程中出现发动机水温高于100℃,油耗超过工信部标准要求等情况,对可能导致故障的原因进行了排查分析。分析结果表明,水泵流量偏低、发动机散热能力差、水温表指示控制策略不合理、冷却液循环流量不足等因素是造成故障的主要原因。针对上述故障原因进行了专项优化,并在实际路况中对优化效果进行试验验证,验证结果证明优化方案有效。When the engine is running,the parts in contact with the high-temperature gas are heated violently.If not properly cooled,the engine will overheat,the inflation coefficient will drop,the combustion will be abnormal,and the friction and friction will be intensified,resulting in the overall deterioration of the engine power,economy,reliability and durability.In view of the fact that the engine water temperature is higher than 100℃and the fuel consumption exceeds the standard requirements of the Ministry of industry and information technology during the driving of a certain type of vehicle in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan,the possible causes of the fault are investigated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the main causes of the fault are the low flow rate of the water pump,the poor consistency of the heat dissipation capacity of the engine,the unreasonable indication and control strategy of the water temperature gauge and the insufficient circulating flow of the coolant.Special optimization was carried out according to the above fault causes,and the optimization effect was verified in the actual road conditions.The verification results proved that the optimization scheme was effective.
