摘　　要：构建澜湄执法安全合作命运共同体是“一带一路”倡议落实的重要举措,同时也是维护澜湄次区域安全的重要保障。当前新发展格局下,澜湄执法安全合作命运共同体的构建面临着政治互信有限、法律保障不到位、组织机构有待健全、情报共享层次有待提升等潜在的困难。基于此,本文提出了增强澜湄次区域各国的政治互信、构建澜湄执法安全合作的法理保障体系、提升相关执法部门的执法效力、加强执法安全合作的信息交流与共享等路径。The construction of Lancang-Mekong law enforcement and security cooperation community with a shared future is a significant initiative for the implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative,and an important guarantee for maintaining the security in the Lancang-Mekong sub-region.Under the current new development pattern,it faces potential problems such as insufficient political mutual trust,inadequate legal protection,unsound organizational structure,and low level of intelligence sharing.In view of this,recommendations are pointed out to enhance political mutual trust among countries in the Lancang-Mekong sub-region,build a legal guarantee system,improve the effectiveness of relevant law enforcement departments and strengthen information exchange and sharing.
