摘 要:粉丝经济是建立在粉丝和被关注者关系之上进行盈利的一种商业运营方式,它可以提高用户的粘性,同时也可以通过口碑传播来获得经济效益和社会效益。本文基于平衡粉丝效应与IP保护之间的关系,剖析了粉丝利用与版权保护之间的利益失衡与冲突,明确了协调粉丝热情与消费文化的必要性,提出了“平衡模型”以促进企业知识产权管理与粉丝生产合作共赢的新思路。Fan economy is a profitable business operation based on the relationship between fans and followers,which can enhance the stickiness of users and gain economic and social benefits through word-of-mouth communication.Based on balancing the relationship between fan effect and IP protection,this paper attempts to analyze the imbalance and conflict of interests between fan exploitation and copyright protection,clarifies the necessity of reconciling fan enthusiasm and consumer culture,and a new idea of“equilibrium model”to promote win-win cooperation between property rights management and fan production is proposed.
