机械工业行业基于财务分析的ESG“社会管理实践”问题剖析

摘　　要：机械工业行业具有高污染的特点,因此它的ESG评分中的环境管理实践在10分制下均分只有0.98不足为奇,但市场数据显示,其社会管理实践均分只有3.59,背后的原因值得探讨。本文以该行业中的一家中上游公司——YH公司为切入点,对其进行一系列财务分析后发现,就账面而言,企业前景良好。但在结合ESG对企业现金流进行深入分析对比后得出,该企业较低的社会管理实践评分使得企业的评估价值从29.8亿元降至26.5亿元,繁荣的背后潜藏着可持续发展的危机。在此基础上,将视角引向整个机械工业行业,构建logit模型,结果显示该行业ESG评分中的社会管理实践评分也较低。为此,本文建议对雇佣,产品、服务质量,以及职业健康与安全生产三个领域加以改善。The industrial machinery industry is characterized by high pollution,hence,it is not surprising that its ESG score for environmental management practice is only 0.98 on a 10-point scale,but market data show that its average score for social management practice is only 3.59,and the reasons behind it are worth exploring.This article takes a mid-upstream company in this industry,YH Company,as an entry point,and after conducting a series of financial analysis on it,it is found that the company has a great prospect as far as the book value is concerned.However,after an in-depth analysis of corporate cash flow combined with ESG,it is concluded that the company’s low social management practice score has reduced its assessed value from 2.98 billion yuan to 2.65 billion yuan,indicating a sustainability crisis lurking behind the prosperity.On this basis,the perspective is directed to the entire industrial machinery industry and a logit model is constructed.The results show that the social management practice score in the ESG score of the industry is also low.To this end,it’s recommended that efforts for improvements should be made in three areas:employment,product and service quality and occupational health and safety.
