摘  要:为了解决电气化铁道系统、工业及民用电力系统中单-三相电源变换技术方案普遍存在的三相输出电压平衡度低、电能质量差、系统结构复杂、功能及变压方式单一等问题,提出了基于电力电子变压器的单-三相电源变换系统拓扑结构。分别给出了该系统拓扑单相整流输入级、中间隔离变压传输级和三相逆变输出级的控制策略,采用一种120°坐标系下的新型空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)算法控制输出理想对称的三相正弦交流电压,并通过仿真和实验分析该系统各级的稳、动态特性,仿真和实验结果证明了该系统设计方法的正确性和可行性。结果表明:该系统提高了直流母线的电压利用率,并使其电压纹波减小,输出三相电压波形良好;同时,该系统具有体积小、交直流端口丰富、可隔离并两次变压、功率密度和输出电能质量高等优点,可为单相电源的三相用电问题提供一种新的解决方案。In order to solve the common problems of low three-phase output voltage balance,poor power quality,complex system structure,single function and voltage transformation mode in the technical scheme of single-phase to three-phase power conversion in electrified railway system,industrial and civil power system,a topology of single-phase to three-phase power conversion system based on power electronic transformer was proposed.The control strategies of the topology single-phase rectifier input stage,intermediate isolated voltage transformation transmission stage and three-phase inverter output stage of the system were given respectively.A new 120°space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)algorithm was used to control and output the ideally symmetrical three-phase sinusoidal AC voltage.The stable and dynamic characteristics of all levels of the system were analyzed through simulation and experiment.Simulation and experimental results proved the correctness and feasibility of the system design method.The results show that the system improves the voltage utilization rate of the DC bus and reduces its voltage ripple,and the output three-phase voltage waveform is good.At the same time,the system has the advantages of small size,abundant AC and DC ports,isolation and double transformation,high power density and high output power quality.It provides a new solution to the three-phase power consumption problem of single-phase power supply.
