摘 要:为了优化低温热水型相变炕的室内热环境,提出了炕体双侧放热的供暖形式,通过合理简化,建立了该炕体和室内热环境的热传递模型。基于Fluent软件,对单侧放热和双侧放热2种炕体形式的得热和放热过程进行研究,并在此基础上,分别从上炕面平均温度、室内空气温度和操作温度3个方面对单侧放热炕和双侧放热炕的供暖效果进行对比分析。结果表明:与单侧放热炕相比,在不超过上炕面平均温度限值的基础上,双侧放热炕在白天允许的热量输入更多,对室内热环境的贡献更大;与单侧放热炕相比,双侧放热炕虽未设置保温层,但在夜间依靠相变材料释放潜热,也能将上炕面平均温度维持在28.5℃以上,且具有更高的相变潜热利用率;与单侧放热炕相比,双侧放热炕传递至室内热环境的热量更多,能够在10:00—20:00将室内人员主要活动区域的空气温度维持在12℃以上,且具有更优的室内热环境。In order to optimize the indoor thermal environment of low-temperature hot water phase change Kang,the heating form of bilateral heat release of Kang body was proposed in this paper.Through reasonable simplification,the heat transfer model between Kang body and indoor thermal environment was established.Based on Fluent software,the heat gain and heat release processes of unilateral and bilateral heat release Kang were studied.On this basis,the heating effects of unilateral and bilateral heat release Kang were compared and analyzed from three aspects,namely the average temperature of upper Kang surface,indoor air temperature and operating temperature.The results show that compared with the unilateral heat release Kang,the bilateral one allowes more heat input in the daytime and contributes more to the indoor thermal environment on the basis of not exceeding the average temperature limit of the upper Kang surface.Compared with the unilateral heat release Kang,the bilateral one has no thermal insulation layer,but it can also maintain the average temperature of the upper Kang surface above 28.5℃by relying on the phase change material to release the latent heat at night,and has a higher utilization rate of phase change latent heat.Compared with the unilateral heat release Kang,the bilateral one transferes more heat to the indoor thermal environment,which can maintain the air temperature in the main activity area of indoor personnel above 12℃within 10 hours from 10:00 to 20:00,and has a better indoor thermal environment.
