摘  要:通过扩链反应原位增容,采用熔融共混和反应挤出技术,制备聚乙醇酸/聚丁二酸丁二酯(PGA/PBS)共混物。研究扩链剂对PGA/PBS共混体系熔体流动性、动态流变性能、微观形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明:扩链剂的环氧基团与PGA和PBS发生化学反应,体系的界面结合力明显改善。SEM结果显示,PBS分散相尺寸逐渐减小至消失,当扩链剂含量1.0%,PBS分散相尺寸达到纳米级,体系出现脆韧转变,断裂伸长率从18.5%增至167%。The poly(glycolic acid)/polybutylene succinate(PGA/PBS)blends were prepared by melt blending and reactive extrusion techniques by chain expansion reaction in situ compatibilization.The effects of chain extender on the melt fluidity,dynamic rheological properties,micromorphology and mecHanical properties of PGA/PBS blends were studied.The results show that the epoxy group of chain extender reacts with PGA and PBS,and the interfacial bonding strength of the system is improved obviously.The SEM results show that the dispersed phase size of PBS is gradually decreased and finally disappeared.The PBS is uniformly dispersed as nanoparticles in the system when the content of chain extender is 1.0%,which result in brittle-ductile transition of the blend and the elongation at break is increased from18.5%to 167%.
