摘  要:以玄武岩纤维代替传统的聚酯纤维,经表面改性后与PVC复合,制备玄武岩纤维布/PVC复合材料,探究不同种类偶联剂对玄武岩纤维的改性效果,并对复合材料的力学性能进行分析。结果表明:钛酸酯偶联剂对玄武岩纤维具有最佳的改性效果,改性纤维的亲水性明显降低。改性纤维表面存在疏水的烷基且形貌较粗糙,使玄武岩纤维与PVC的相容性得到提升。相比传统的聚酯纤维,以改性玄武岩纤维布为增强基材,制备的PVC复合材料的断裂伸长率小于6%,低于普通聚酯纤维/PVC复合材料;与未改性的玄武岩纤维对比,偶联剂改性的复合材料拉伸强度略微降低,但剥离强度明显提高,钛酸酯改性的复合材料剥离强度提高28.6%。The basalt fiber was used to replace the traditional polyester fiber,and the basalt fiber mesh/PVC composites were prepared by surface modified basalt fiber and PVC composite.The modification effect of different types of coupling agents on basalt fiber was explored,and the mechanical properties of the composite were analyzed.The results show that titanate coupling agent has the best modification effect on basalt fiber,and the hydrophilicity of modified fiber is obviously reduced.The modified fiber surface has hydrophobic alkyl and rough morphology,which improves the compatibility of basalt fiber and PVC.Compared with the traditional polyester fiber,the elongation at break of PVC composites prepared by modified basalt fiber mesh are less than 6%,which are lower than that of ordinary polyester fiber/PVC composites.Compared with unmodified basalt fiber,the tensile strength of coupling agent modified composites decrease slightly,but the peel strength increase significantly,and the peel strength of titanate modified composite is increased by 28.6%.
