摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH550和KH560对聚磷酸铵(APP)进行改性,并将改性APP、成炭剂、吸醛剂复配,与聚甲醛(POM)混合制备阻燃POM复合材料,探究阻燃POM复合材料的阻燃性能、抑烟性能和力学性能,并通过热重分析仪(TG)、锥形量热仪以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对阻燃机理进行分析。结果表明:硅烷改性APP的阻燃性能和抑烟性能均优于未改性APP,并且KH560改性APP的阻燃性能和抑烟性能优于KH550改性APP。当KH560改性APP的添加量为20%、成炭剂为4%、吸醛剂为6%,POM/KH560-APP的UL-94可以达到V-0等级,极限氧指数(LOI)达到58.2%,总烟释放量(TSP)比POM/APP下降34.2%。与POM/APP相比,阻燃POM复合材料的力学性能也略微提升。Ammonium polyphosphate(APP) was modified by silane coupling agent KH550 and KH560,and the modified APP,charring agent and aldehyde absorbent were compounded with POM to prepare flame retardant POM composites.The flame retardant properties,smoke suppression properties and mechanical properties of flame retardant POM composites were investigated.The flame retardant mechanism was analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),cone calorimeter and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of silane modified APP are better than those of unmodified APP.The flame retardancy and smoke suppression of KH560 modified APP are better than those of KH550 modified APP.When the addition of KH560 modified APP is20%,the charring agent is 4%,and the aldehyde absorbent is 6%,the UL-94 of POM/KH560-APP can reach V-0 grade,the limiting oxygen index(LOI) is 58.2%,and the total smoke release(TSP) is 34.2% lower than that of POM/APP.Compared with POM/APP,the mechanical properties of flame retardant POM composites are also slightly improved.
