摘 要:将聚丙烯(PP)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)熔融共混,制备PP/PVC复合材料,并对PP/PVC的力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性能以及耐低温性能进行研究。结果表明:4号样具有较好的经济效益和综合性能。4号样拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及弯曲强度分别为29.6 MPa、613%和1 152 MPa,均优于纯PP材料。4号样具有较好的阻燃性能,LOI值为46.5%,UL94评级为V-2级,具有较好的火灾安全性。4号样具有最佳的低温冲击强度8.9 kJ/m2,相比纯PP材料增加111.9%。因此,4号样有潜力应用于新型抗冻阻燃轨道交通材料。Polypropylene(PP) and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) were melt blended to prepare PP/PVC composites.The mechanical properties,thermal stability,flame retardancy and low temperature resistance of PP/PVC were studied.The results show that sample 4 has good economic benefit and comprehensive performance.The tensile strength,elongation at break and flexural strength of sample 4 are 29.6 MPa,613% and 1 152 MPa,respectively,which are better than those of pure PP material.The sample 4 has good flame retardant properties,LOI value is 46.5%,UL94 rating is V-2,and has good fire safety.The sample 4 has the best low temperature impact strength of 8.9 kJ/m~2,which is 111.9% higher than that of pure PP.Therefore,sample 4 has the potential to be applied to new anti-freezing and flame retardant rail transit materials.
